Where CMF Meets Manufacturing Reality
I Work Where Product Development Breaks Down

I am brought into product development programs when color, material, and finish decisions begin impacting manufacturing, timelines, and product quality. My role is to diagnose breakdowns, realign teams, and restore execution so products can move forward with confidence.

Not Styling.
System-Level Work.

CMF is often treated as a surface decision.
In reality, it influences manufacturing feasibility, supplier alignment, production consistency, speed to market, and product perception.

My work operates at the system level where design, engineering, and manufacturing intersect.

This is where many product execution failures tied to CMF originate.

Experience Across Global Manufacturing Ecosystems

Over 25+ years in product development and manufacturing, I have led CMF execution across hundreds of product platforms and thousands of SKUs.

My experience spans consumer electronics, appliances, footwear, accessories, home goods, and writing instruments partnering with global brands across complex manufacturing ecosystems.

Why Teams Bring Me In

Most CMF professionals focus on design intent.
My work focuses on execution integrity.

Organizations bring me in because I:
• Understand manufacturing reality
• Operate across design and engineering
• Build systems, not just concepts
• Align suppliers, factories, and internal teams
• Leave organizations with scalable CMF frameworks

When to Bring Me In

Consider bringing me in when:
• CMF decisions are delaying development
• Suppliers cannot match intent consistently
• Engineering and design are misaligned
• Production quality is suffering in execution
• Internal teams lack CMF systems or standards
• Timelines are at risk due to unresolved CMF issues
